Who I Am & What I Do

Hi, I'm Malcolm Gibb. I'm a passionate Paid Media performance marketer with a track record of scaling PPC and Paid Social growth for UK and international businesses. With deep experience across PPC, Paid Social, SEO, Analytics, and Web Development, I help businesses overcome efficiency challenges with technical solutions. Having evolved my skillset into automation and AI - I have founded flowio - an AI automation agency based in Glasgow.

For over a decade, I've built and led high-performing teams within leading digital agencies, helping countless businesses overcome key challenges and unlock scalable growth. Today, I'm channeling that experience into applying AI automation to solve real business problems-bringing efficiency, innovation, and scale to modern marketing.

Now, I help businesses scale with freelance PPC services, AI automations & workflows, data solutions including Google Analytics 4 setup, Google Tag Manager and API-based reporting.

flowio builds custom n8n workflow automation, Python, AI and code based solutions for UK based SMBs that solve operational, admin, sales and marketing challenges. To date, we've saved 2,500 hours for our clients with custom workflow automations and bespoke internal apps. As a scaling start-up based in Glasgow and Edinburgh - we are agile in delivery, and focus on secure, ethical and scalable solutions backed in expertise and ROI measurement.

flowio.co.uk was founded by Malcolm Gibb in May 2025 where he is currently the Founder & CEO.
